How it works,
from order to delivery

Place your order

Request a quote by email, web form, or live chat. Our consultants will analyze it and get back to you with a suitable offer. Once approved, we'll send you the invoice, and we'll get to work.

Review the sketch

To make sure we're aligned and you know what to expect when receiving the final artwork, we'll send you a sketch for approval and feedback. We'll keep you in the loop throughout the process.

Receive delivery

After finishing the artwork, we'll proceed with printing and shipping. Delivery usually takes 7-21 days, depending on the destination country. We'll let you know a more precise estimate in advance.

How long does it take to paint and deliver?

Timelines vary based on the complexity of the illustration and the delivery address. A good rule of thumb is to estimate 3-4 weeks from the initial request to receiving delivery of your framed print. If you only request the digital file, not a framed print, a typical order takes up to 2 weeks.

Can I get a preview of the work before I pay?

Unfortunately not, because the work is custom made, and cannot be re-sold to another client, like you can with retail products. Please refer to our artwork showcased on the website or our social media accounts to see the quality of our work. Rest assured, we'll do our best to deliver artwork you'll love.

Where do you ship?

We deliver to the USA, Canada and most European countries. Shipping times and costs will be communicated for each project.

What's your return and refund policy?

Because the work we do is custom made, we're unable to accept returns and refund payments for the artwork. In the case of receiving damaged art prints on delivery, please reach out to us for a replacement.
